Roles and Responsibilities
  • Primarily to focus on sales targets and leads
  • To prepare & create renovation budgets and space expectations for clients
  • Work closely with Managers in developing, schedule, and manage all renovation projects [incl. overseeing vendors, contractors and designers]
  • Process all drawings and requests for payments
Requirements
  • Must be able to schedule and supervise vendors and service contractors
  • Proficient in MS Office [All MS Office products]
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors
  • Experience in planning and managing multiple projects across multiple locations
  • Bilingual

Business Development Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To be part of growth expansion team
